I remember crawling into bed with her after Grandad had gone off on his post round and her rosy cheeks after one of Dad’s G&Ts.
One day she killed the grass on her back lawn, after putting what she thought was fertilizer on it, but it was weed killer.
I can still hear her saying ‘Hello, my luvver’ when I visited her.
She loved Facetimes with her two great grand daughters in Australia, laughing at their antics, especiallly scraping their pudding bowls and splashing in the bath.
