I used to enjoy playing cards with Granny, Grandad and Tim and hearing her wicked laugh.

She always took my hand to cross the road and did it when I was an adult, roaring with laughter when she realised, and saying “Well,you’ll always be my ‘Dolly Dimple’.

I remember her taking me to Weston Super Mare for the day, along with my brother and cousin Tim, and pretending we were just going for a swim in the river, to keep it a surprise. We all had a great time.
